Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReviewMonk, operated by Dreamy Clouds Inc. By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ReviewMonk is a customer feedback and Google Business review management platform for local businesses. The Service allows businesses to collect customer feedback via QR codes and manage that feedback through a dashboard.

2. Our Compliance Commitment

ReviewMonk is built to comply with Google's Review Gating Policy. Every customer, regardless of the rating they give, is always shown the option to leave a private feedback message and the option to leave a public Google Business review — neither is ever hidden, delayed differently, or prioritized based on the rating given. This is a structural commitment, not a configurable setting.

3. Account Registration and Activation

Registering interest in ReviewMonk does not create an active account. Following review, Dreamy Clouds Inc. activates accounts at its discretion and will contact you to complete setup, including payment where applicable.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

ReviewMonk offers a one-time "Basic" plan and recurring monthly "Pro" and "Prime" subscription plans, at the prices shown on our pricing page at the time of signup. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. All payments are processed via Razorpay.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• submit false or fraudulent reviews or feedback;
• attempt to circumvent, disable, or reverse-engineer the Service; or
• use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or business.

6. Intellectual Property

Dreamy Clouds Inc. owns all rights to the ReviewMonk platform, including its software, design, and branding. You retain full ownership of your own business data and any content your customers submit to you through the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

ReviewMonk integrates with third-party services including Google, WhatsApp, and Razorpay. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or performance of these third-party services.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment (following a grace period after a failed renewal), violation of these Terms, or fraudulent/abusive use. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific outcome regarding your business's reviews, ratings, or reputation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamy Clouds Inc.'s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tirupur, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
